Lotusdew Wealth and Investment Advisors Private Limited (Advisor) shall not be liable for any losses suffered by the Client as a result of any investment made pursuant to any investment advice provided by the Advisor to the Client. The information provided here is based on the Advisor's knowledge and the Client has the sole discretion to decide on whether to act upon the investment advice provided by the Advisor and the Advisor shall have no power, authority, responsibility or obligation to ensure or cause the client to act upon the investment advice provided by Advisor.
The investment advice provided by the Advisor does not guarantee any return. Further, the Client acknowledges that the Advisor does not guarantee the performance of any of the securities purchased or any specific level of performance, the success of any investment decisions or strategy that the Advisor may use pursuant to the Investment Advice of the Advisor.
The Client hereby confirms that it is aware that the investment advice is subject to a variety of risks which include amongst others:
The Client expressly agrees and acknowledges that all investments are subject to market and other related risks and there is no assurance or guarantee, whether directly or indirectly, that the value of or return on investments will always be accretive, and that it could depreciate to an unpredictable extent. The Client further agrees and acknowledges that the details of risk foreseen by the Advisor and risk relating to the securities recommended by the Advisor for investment or disinvestments.
The Client, any third party or anyone else have no rights to forward or share our investment ideas or SMS or report or any information provided by us, which may have been received directly or indirectly by them. The Advisor reserves its rights to take any legal action in such an event.
The Advisor, its affiliates, its directors, its employees and, or, its agents at any time and from time to time, shall not be liable for any loss or liability resulting, directly or indirectly, from acts which are beyond the control of the Advisor including the delays or interruptions caused due to electronic or mechanical equipment failures, telephone interconnect problems, defects, weather, strikes, walkouts, fire, acts of God, riots, armed conflicts, acts of war, or other like causes.
If you have any complaints regarding the investment advice provided by us, please send us an email at investor.relations@trilithon.in detailing the nature of your complaint. We will acknowledge the complaint within 7 working days and provide a likely timescale for resolving the dispute while keeping you informed about the progress. All complaints will be considered highly confidential and will be dealt with as soon as possible.
Any unauthorized attempt to upload information, change or delete information with respect to the investment advice is strictly prohibited and shall be punishable under Information Technology Act, 2000, as amended. We are an Investment Adviser registered under the SEBI (Investment Advisers) Regulations, 2013 (As amended 2016) having registration no. INA200013770.
The Client hereby acknowledges that the fees charged by the Advisor are reasonable and fair in terms of the SEBI (Investment Advisers) Regulations, 2013. Further, the fees shall be paid only through online or proper banking channels and no cash receipt for the fees shall be accepted. In addition, there will be no refunds of the fees paid to the Advisor for any investment advice. The Advisor does not provide services like profit sharing, guaranteed profit, Sureshot, Jackpot etc.
The Advisor acknowledges that the amount of fees received shall act as the consideration for the Advisor's investment advice. The Client acknowledges that once the Advisor initiates investment advice, then the fees deposited by the Client become non-refundable.
We advise only in stocks. Further, the Advisor provides advice only through its registered email ID, i.e., investor.relations@trilithon.in. The Advisor shall not be liable for any acts of the Client done on the basis of any advice which was not provided through the Advisor's registered email ID.
The Advisor shall undertake KYC and risk profiling of the Client and the Client acknowledges that the investment advice provided to them by the Advisor is based on the KYC provided and the risk profiling conducted based on the KYC. The Client shall update the Advisor at the earliest and in writing of any change in the above-mentioned information.
The Client agrees that the Advisor shall not be liable to indemnify the Client with respect to any losses which the Client, its affiliates, its directors, its employees, and/or its agents may suffer insofar as such losses arise out of or result from any investment advice provided by the Advisor to the Client. Further, the Client acknowledges the risks associated with the stock market and that profits and losses in equity are subject to market risk.
